Awaroa Community Housing

The job had an Extremely tight site with no storage meant that any steel that arrived onsite had to be erected straight away, this meant coordination between the site and workshop had to be done to the highest level. The job had multiple different coating systems which came with a high risk factor. This was mitigated through our job system called strumis and constant ciommunication and meetings with our client and supply chain meant that all the steel arrived onsite and was coated correctly.

Complicated seismic frame connections with little to no tolerance meant our workshop fabrication and Quality assurance had to be spot on allowing for our site teams to assemble the frames without to many issues.
