20 Tonne And 30 Tonne Mobile Crane

Having our own Mobile cranes gives us the capacity to do most Heavy Structural Jobs and provides us with the freedom to arrange craneage for our jobs as things change quickly. Any delays on the project also allow us to use our Crane operators as riggers reducing the downtime onsite and added costs for our clients. This versatility is a massive benefit to our clients.

10 Tonne And 5 Tonne Workshop Gantry Cranes

With a monthly output of 100-200 Tonnes, having 2 x workshop cranes allow us to load multiple trucks without impacting our production. The capacity of having 1 x 10T and 1 x5T cranes means we can handle large-scale structural assemblies with ease.

Ficep Beam Processing Machine

Our Ficep beam processing machine drills holes and marks cleats in our Structural beams, allowing our fabricators and welders to assemble with high accuracy and efficiency. This means our site crews have confidence that every piece gets installed without any issues, reducing downtime onsite and cost savings for our clients.

5 teams of site crews

We can mobilize quickly and efficiently to any location, ensuring our clients’ projects are completed on time and within budget. And with a monthly workshop output of 100-200 tonnes, we can take on even the most demanding projects. Having our in-house site crews means that every job gets installed to the highest standards.

In house steel detailing

We have our own inhouse steel detailers that use the latest Tekla Structures steel detailing software, having our own inhouse detailers gives us full control over the production process meaning any urgent changes can be made and communicated immediately. It also allows our clients to come to our office and view the projects on the Model before they go into the fabrication process which allows them to go through any clashes or changes they might have in person.

Workshop Capacity

Our 1500 sq/m fabrication facility is made up of 900 sq/m of workshop and 700 sq/m of yard space and storage. Inside our workshop we are equipped with 10 x Jib Cranes for each welder/fabricator station and 2 x overhead cranes. Our Ficep Automatic Beam processing machine adds to our accuracy and increases our output. Our monthly output of Fabricated steel ranges between 100-200 Tonnes
